To earnestly implement the General Administration of Customs Party Committee's deployment of the theme activity of "Making Contributions in the New Era and Welcoming the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China"—re-studying, re-implementing, and re-enhancing the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches, instructions, and directives—the company's Party Committee organized a series of special study meetings to deeply study and implement the spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches, instructions, and directives. On April 28, the company's Party Committee Central Group held a meeting to further systematically study Xi Jinping's economic thought and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on developing the state-owned economy and ensuring safe production. Cui Wenzhi, Secretary of the Party Committee and Chairman of the Board, presided over the study meeting, which was attended by members of the company's leadership team.

The meeting also studied the latest instructions and directives of General Secretary Xi Jinping on safe production and his important speech at the 36th collective study session of the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee; and key chapters of the "Zhongji Development Company's All-Staff Safe Production Responsibility System." Based on a thorough understanding, Cui Wenzhi shared his learning experience on the theme of "Studying and Implementing the Spirit of General Secretary Xi Jinping's Important Speeches to Lead and Guarantee New Achievements in Reform, Development, and Party Building, and Welcoming the Victorious Convening of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China with Practical Actions."

　　The meeting pointed out four key points: First, it is essential to thoroughly understand and implement Xi Jinping's economic thought, deeply study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on developing the state-owned economy, especially his important speeches on this field and industry, and continuously enhance the ability to adapt to the new development stage, implement the new development concept, and build a new development pattern. Second, it is crucial to implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important expositions on work safety without compromise, coordinate the prevention and control of the epidemic with work safety, focus on all aspects of the work for the year of improving work safety, solidly implement various measures, and prevent and resolve various risks.
